How does Accountor Group support my personal and professional development?
We consider the motivation and qualification of our employees as an asset and pre-requisite for our success and future growth. Therefore we continuously invest into on-the-job-training and education. Every employee receives a Performance-Card defining his/her objectives, tasks and responsibilities for the forthcoming six months. The progress will be monitored and analyzed with the employee’s mentor in the course of monthly meetings. An integrative part of these 1-to-1 meetings is also the employee’s career development.
I am interested to work as a specialist: should I indicate that in my cover letter?
The majority of our Assistants starts as generalists and is given the opportunity to develop areas of expertise according to your skills and interests. In case you have several years of work experience in a specific area, e.g. payroll, we offer you the opportunity to start as a Consultant in your area of expertise. Please indicate in your cover letter that you are interested to work as a specialist for Accountor Group.
How much IT experience is expected?
We consider ourselves as the technological forerunner in the area of Financial Management. Therefore we require from all our employees a strong interest in and affinity for IT systems and digital processes. Every employee will receive an extensive training on the applied systems and processes during the first three months of employment. Afterwards you have to be flexible, open-minded and especially willing to learn since the speed of our service, process and system development is the highest in the industry.
What opportunities does Accountor Group offer to people who already have several years of work experience in bookkeeping and accounting?
Depending on the relevance and extent of your work experience in bookkeeping and accounting you have the chance to start directly as an Accounting Consultant or even as an Accounting Team Leader.
